MTC Communications gained its ISO 9002 Certification in 1997; we pride ourselves in being able to offer to our customers an excellent service in dealing with system faults. Our standard service offered to a reported fault is within one hour you will receive engineering technical support from the engineering department via the telephone who will remotely access your equipment from our Download Management Platform (DMP). If determined by an engineer that a site visit is required an engineer will be on site within four hours of the fault being reported. MTC Communications recommend that a full maintenance contract be taken on all systems supplied and installed.

MTC Communications recognize the need for a specialized contractor dealing in the installation and maintenance of structured cable's installing and maintaining cat2 to cat5 networks.
